La licenciatura en Ingeniería Física de la UAM-Azcapotzalco forma profesionales capaces de analizar, planear y resolver problemas de ingeniería, dentro de sus funciones de investigación, desarrollo tecnológico y diseño, que requieran conocimientos de física, tanto teórica como experimental, así como de ingeniería básica.
El Ingeniero Físico se diferencia de otros ingenieros por la preparación que se le da en Física y Matemáticas, conocimientos que se aplican en los diferentes laboratorios que se cursan durante la carrera.
Nuestro objetivo es formar ingenieros que piensen con ética, actúen con inteligencia, innoven con propósito y transformen con responsabilidad el mundo que los rodea.
